Royal Saunas
You may return the new product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.
1. Product must be returned in good, new condition (no marks, tears or scratches) in original package, and with the original invoice, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
2. To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-prepaid in “new” condition, in original box and packaging. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
3. Products that are returned more than 14 days after receipt will not be refunded. Products returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in saleable condition will not receive a full refund.
4. Items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee will apply.
5. Refund on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
6. Product purchased by check will be refunded two (2) weeks from date of deposit.
7. There will be 25% restocking fee and any shipping, handling costs will be deducted from your refund*.

Dealer understands that there is a minimum 20% restocking Charge for all returned goods and that a written Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required from Dream Line in order to credit any returns. Also custom manufactured items may not be returned to DreamLine. Product returns are not allowed after 30days from purchase. If an item is refused when delivered by a commercial shipping company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be treated as a return and 20% restock charge will be applied . Also, an additional charge of 10% and any additional freight carrier charges shall be charged.
